OGA Engages Sussex Strategy Group for Tariff Remission Advocacy

The OGA recognizes the potential impact of the proposed 25% U.S. tariffs and is taking action to advocate for the interests of our industry. To ensure our sector’s voice is heard, we have engaged Sussex Strategy Group, Canada’s premiere government relations firm, with extensive experience in trade policy and tariff-related advocacy.

Sussex has a proven track record of influencing policy, driving regulatory outcomes, and representing industries facing similar challenges. They are actively engaged in discussions on the broader tariff issue, making them a strong partner in this effort.

“I’m allergic to conventional air conditioning,” says Silvia Gheju. “With this system I don’t have those problems any more.” She is talking about the geothermal heating and cooling system that she and her husband Peter Gheju installed in their dream home on Washington Road near Plattsville, Ontario, east of Stratford.
