Although important progress is being made in Canada to transition to clean energy and cut carbon pollution, these efforts need to both increase and accelerate. By putting a price on pollution, phasing out coal-fired power, and committing to develop a net-zero clean-electricity standard, the federal government is putting many of the big pieces in place.
