See Gerald Seyler's video about his geothermal experience.

He had become interested in geothermal after first trying out one of the early air source heat pumps. They provided effective cooling and heating in small dwellings, especially during above-zero weather.

He had learned that geothermal heat pumps were even more efficient, and could be connected to existing wells used for drinking water. They paired a Climatemaster geothermal heat pump with their well, which is 213 feet deep, and for many years it provided 100% of heating and cooling for an 1800 square foot home.

Here's a great story about a geothermal project.

Here's a great story about a geothermal project.
😮↓↓↓

At Westwood Gardens in Richmond Hill, Collecdev is building 370 condominium units with a geothermal system.
The geothermal heating and cooling system is premium quality and uses about 70% less energy, costs 70% less, and produces at least 70% less greenhouse gas than traditional systems.

This project has a ground loop with 144 vertically drilled boreholes and will produce enough energy to support the heating and cooling of the entire building.

Their home has a geothermal system with seven different heating/cooling zones, each with its own thermostat. “I’m allergic to conventional air conditioning,” says Silvia Gheju. “With this system, I don’t have those problems anymore.” “We like living in a house with this system. We did live in a house with a regular heating system so we can see the difference. And the cost,” says Peter, “is better than any other alternatives out there right now.” See their story here. https://bit.ly/2U0kLP6

Check out this geothermal story. Vanessa and Michel R. are schoolteachers who live with one daughter near Hamilton, Ontario. Michel teaches high school science and physics and says, “I’ve been telling the class that climate change is a big problem and everything has to go electric and renewable. So I wanted to learn about what it would take for us to go zero emissions in our own lives, in or own house. I was sure that you could be carbon neutral and live a good life. At first, I didn’t know if geothermal was a practical solution, but then I started looking into it, and I think I’ve become a geothermal expert.” See how this story ends by clicking the link below.
